2. What are included in the office chair kits?
The Chair Kits we provide include all chair parts except Fabric and Mesh. They are:
(1) Headrest
It may be conjoined or separated with the chair back frame. Or there may be none. More information about headrest like its classifications, materials, shapes and functions, please read:
(2) Chair back frame
For the chair back frame, there are low-back, mid-back and high-back. Besides, some of them are with a lumbar support, which is also one of the 8 major parts of office chairs.
(3) Chair seat
The seat pan can be divided into 3 types according to the structure: plastic, hollow and curved wood. And as for the seat cover, there are mesh, cloth and leather. You may want more details, please refer to “Seat Pan — One of the 8 Major Parts of Office Chairs”.
(4) Foam
It is used as a seat cushion and some also as a back cushion. And there are mainly 3 types of foam materials used for the office chair cushions including polymerized cotton, cut cotton and molded cotton. (5) Armrest
The main types of office chair armrests are 2D, 3D and 4D armrests. And they are commonly used for the office chairs to meet the different needs of users.
(6) Chair base kit
It includes the gas cylinder, tilt mechanism, base and casters. Sometimes also with the footring.
(7) Screw set (optional)
We can also offer the matching screw sets for the chair kits to you and it will be more convenient for the assembly of office chairs. Because the screws for the different chair parts are different in size or shape, it may take more work to select the right screws.
However, purchasing the screw sets in your local place would be more recommended. Because it can help to reduce your production costs.
